- Vice chair – Faye Melly. Faye is a senior consultant with KPMG, specialising in HR
- Managing director – Annys Darkwa. Annys is passionate about helping ex-offenders break the reoffending cycle and turn their lives around
- Senior lawyer – Dominic Gurney-Champion. Dominic is a partner with Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP
- Lawyer – James Webbe. James also provides us with legal advice. He works for Hogan Lovells LLP
- Accountant - Stephen Tutt. Stephen is a senior accountant with BNY Mellon
- IT/ ICT specialist – Mark Collins. Mark is a BT Director
- Charlotte Barrett – represents service users on the board
- Company secretary – Brian Rush. Brian is a senior consultant with PA Consulting and specialises in complex programme management
