- Operations manager – Lisa Kinghorn. Lisa manages the team of staff and volunteers. Prior to joining Vision, she worked for IBM for 15 years as a HR manager
- Resettlement manager – Charlotte Barrett. Charlotte was Vision’s first female client, became a volunteer and now heads up the resettlement team. She has NVQ L3 Advice and Guidance and is currently studying for NVQ L4 in Management
- Resettlement workers – Kat, Junior and David
- Administration – Sue (South London) and Rachel (North London)
