Vision works with social landlords to house vulnerable people.
- We do not charge landlords for our services, which go beyond housing – we provide support for clients and landlords for as long as it is needed.
- We work across London, although we are increasingly looking for properties outside of London, not least because of the changes in the Local Housing Allowance.
- We do property inspections prior to our clients being offered a property and conduct regular property inspections thereafter.
- We ensure that all benefits (housing and month’s rent in advance) are paid direct to the landlord
