A: We have service level agreements with a number of organisations that refer to us. We do not charge landlords or service users

A: No. We provide support to clients, landlords and referring organisations for as long as they want or need us

A: For the majority of our clients, we help access a loan from DWP to cover the months rent in advance. This may change in 2011, following changes to the benefits system but we are working on alternatives.
A: Yes. We will provide you with regular updates on how each client is doing as you need. If there are any issues , we will inform you as soon as possible.
