A: We have a range of properties available from rooms in shared houses, to studios and flats.

A: It depends. Some clients we are able to house on the same day but it can take a few days, depending on availability of suitable property and area.
A: We check properties out for you before viewing and will be aware of your needs. The majority of our clients are happy with the property that they are offered.
A: Normally, the landlord. If there is a problem and they do not respond, then let us know and we will chase.
A: Normally no but some landlords may allow you. Check with them first.
A: Landlords are very reluctant to change furniture, especially for short-hold tenancies. Before moving in, speak to the landlord.

A: Yes. We can signpost you on to other organisations. We also offer volunteering opportunities for the right people
