Even slight changes in government policy can have a detrimental impact on our services users.

One of our key objectives is to raise awareness of these to policy makers. We have been extremely successful in promoting these issues and changes being made as a result. We regularly feature on national media – on radio and on terrestrial and satellite TV.

In this section, we include our blog, some of our high profile coverage and also newsletters that we produce.
